“New” East Cargo Rd (refer to yellow line below) was opened on Monday June 15 at around 5:00 pm, with an existing portion of the road (refer to red line below) being closed on Monday June 22 at around 8:00 am. At that time, all traffic will be routed through “New” East Cargo Rd, except for those requiring Gate 6 access.

The “New” East Cargo Road is designed to accommodate all current and future traffic operating at the Airport and for the first week, allow drivers to become accustomed to the new layout, while continuing to maintain Gate 6 access at all times. Below is a diagram describing the opening and closures to take place:
